To each their own. I didn’t think so either, but my daughter put a fried egg on avocado toast and I liked it.

I love avocados! Next time I get some, I'm going to try baking one with an egg. Thanks for the idea IM

Depending on the size of the egg vs the avocado you might need to scoop out some avocado first. I bake on a piece of foil scrunched up so the avocado doesn’t wobble around. You can use a muffin tin too.
