Whatcha Making for Supper?

Deboned a 10 mth old splash rooster into nugget size chunks (who up till yesterday was a real ahole). Baking soda for 30 min, rinse, batter, and fry. Tenderish (like Chinese chicken) rich flavored chicken nuggets. RIP rocky, you were a convicted tail puller, and an all around butthole. 5.75lbs hanging weight (skinned not plucked) at 10 months, over 8lbs live wieght.
