I took out strip steaks from our cow for dinner. & a salad & broccoli. We try to limit beef a bit so I'm drooling thinking about it.

I love beef.

Around Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas I am able to pick up up a rack of rib eyes for $5.99 per pound and I have them cut into 2-inch steaks at the grocery store.
