Whatcha Making for Supper?

I bought 2 pounds of lean ground beef and a package of buns yesterday. Had a couple hamburgers last night, and will have the same for the next few days. Topped with onion slices, fresh kale and homemade stewed tomatoes. Maybe a little cheese too. And a little glass of pineapple and orange juices with rum for dessert. LOL
 
This will be the desert after Pizza tonight.

My version of Shepherds pie.

Frozen pie crust (cause I don't want to do one from scratch)
Cooked ground beef, a can of cream of mushroom soup, an onion, mixed veggies, salt and pepper then topped with leftover mashed potatoes and baked for about 45 minutes.

Easy and tasty.
Huh, that sounds tasty!
