Your recipe sounds really good.

Do you back off the tablespoon for the garlic powder and the red pepper flakes?
I didn't measure the garlic powder and red pepper flakes. I guess that I added about 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic powder, and just a bit of the pepper flakes, maybe 1/8 teaspoon or so. And yeah, it was pretty good!
