Whatcha Making for Supper?

Stir fry vegetables, fried rice, and salads. Husband has some sort of smelly seafood mix defrosting.

Hmm…I have Turkey noodle soup made but I’m thinking of ham tonight for a break from turkey. Still have mashed potatoes and some gravy left so that’ll be easy!

We had a version of Spanish rice with dice pork, cheesy spinach, and left over candied sweet potatoes.

Ended up making scalloped potatoes with ham and cheese. Green salad and maybe an ice cream cone later.

Sausage lentil soup and bread. It turned out yummy I like soup on Mondays in winter for leftovers all week.
