I bought rib steaks on sale yesterday so I grilled them in the dark. Of course we had to remove the grates and clean them in the dark too, It was worth it though, it’s been months since we had a good steak!

Going to make nachos tonight will add a dish of tomato.

Sounds yummy! We're having steak on the grill too tonight, but probably baked potatoes and our frozen sweet corn. Rats, no lettuce though!

Yep, my frozen sweet corn too - was a toss up between baked potato and baked sweet potato.

Two of our grocery stores put racks of ribeyes on sale for $6.99/lb. or $5.99/lb. near Thanksgiving and Christmas. and I buy the whole rack and have it cut into individual steaks between 1 1/2 to 2 inches per steak.

I have a seal-a-meal and my steaks stay good in the freezer.

I have eaten them when they were 3 years old and they tasted like I had just bought them.
