We where so worn out we went to the local Tavern here in town.

Supper: Fried chicken and salad.

Temperature is in the 80s mostly sunny.

Spatchcock chicken with roasted vegetables. We will have enough leftover meat to make chicken salad.

What exactly is million dollar spaghetti?

It had Alfredo sauce mixed with the pasta, spaghetti sauce mixed with the meat and much then poured on top of the noodle mixture, then top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.

It was ok, just not my thing
