That sounds yummy!We are having pizza. I'm learning to make my own pizza dough, so I'm trying a new method. This one starts with a poolish that is made a day ahead. That's basically fermented dough. It's a bit tricky because the original recipe is for 10 pizza crusts and I want to make just one. Also it's in grams and milliliters, so that has to be converted, and the conversion charts don't agree. So we will see. If it fails, I have another faster recipe to try.
I want to try the fermented style because I want that light and crunchy crust. I can buy a pizza made with cardboard crust anywhere.
There are no good pizza joints here in my area, and we love pizza, so here we go on another cooking adventure.

I think I need to know how to make lazy ribs. Do you not have to have them in the oven or smoker for hours?I think I'm making lazy ribs. Lots of running around to do today.
