Whatcha Making for Supper?

I picked the two heads of cauliflower out of the garden today and have them soaking in saltwater to force out any hidden bugs.

I'm going to roast the sections first, then cover it all over with cheese sauce and bake again for a little while to lightly brown the cheese.

Right after I got back from my physical therapy appointment I started cooking.

Baked the cauliflower sections in the oven to brown a little. Made a quick beschamel sauce, no seasoning but salt.

Melted around 6oz of cubed Monterrey jack into the sauce and poured it over the cauliflower. Baked again to brown the top. I'm hungry and ready to eat.

Hope none of those green worms are still hiding in the cauliflower. :sick

That looks great! I love roasted cauliflower with a cheese sauce.
