I took the leftover eggplant parmesan out of the freezer, so that will be dinner tonight.

Supper: every time I pick something for supper it gets changed, so I am going to try for the calzone tonight.

We will be having the calzone today.

I had an open face sandwich... 2 slices of rye bread, 3 fried eggs, topped with homemade salsa.

that sounds really good especially if you added cheese and avocados, it would be majorly awesomeness ever

I usually save the cheese to eat as a late night snack. Helps me sleep. And if I grew avacados they'd have been on top of the eggs. LOL

So thankful I had eggplant parmesan in the freezer! I'm coming down with something, and this way hubby can make his own dinner. I'm in bed!
