Leftovers. Not sure what yet. Still have some taco salad from Monday, have some pasta and meatballs from yesterday, and some stuffed peppers and tater tots from today. Should probably either finish the taco salad today or toss it.

I forgot my stuffed peppers in the fridge so I guess I’m not having that tonight but that’s okay, I’ll have it for lunch tomorrow because I don’t really like Italian subs LOL

I'll have some fresh picked (a half hour ago) chanterelle mushrooms with some of my smoked ribs tonight.

The market had crab, so our chowder will definitely be Cajun Crab Corn Chowder. New recipe. Can't wait to try it.
