Whatcha Making for Supper?

The rest of our leftovers went into the freezer yesterday after dinner, but I have to say, prime rib makes the best tacos ever!!!

I don't know what we're having today. We're headed out to Costco and Fred Meyer, so I'm hoping to pick something up there. If not, I'll make a shrimp stir fry. That is always my quick and easy go to.

I tried a different cooking method for my lima beans today. I brought them up to a simmer on the stove and shut off the heat, letting them sit for an hour, a quick presoak. Then they went into the crockpot on high for 4 hours. It worked well.

Didn't find anything at Costco for dinner that looked good to us, so we are having BLT's with fries and salad. Quick and easy after a long shopping day.

Well pork loin is not cooked so go to Nachos in town.
