I used some leftovers and made some pasta: penne, ground beef, spinach, onions, garlic, and Alfredo sauce. It was a winner!

DW has to show an apartment so Lim Fong is making General Tso extra spicy, pork egg roll and a table spoon of the home made mustard (hot) for me, Sweet and Sour Chicken with white rice for her.

We had a chicken and green beans thing my daughter made. Had mushrooms and onions in it and a sauce made cream cheese and broth. Not too bad, leftovers tonight.
