Whatcha Making for Supper?

Schnitzel. Trying to decide about making spaetzle to go with it. Stingy with my eggs during the winter. Haven't had to buy any in about 10 years, but I do let the hens slow down in the winter.

I was going to make green beans with bacon to create a total German meal, but I have some broccoli and cauliflower I need to use up, so maybe next time.

I ended up having a vegetarian sandwich from Panera that DH brought home. They don’t put enough veggies on there. Not sure about Igor yet, he’s only sorta hungry.
