So a slight deviation from my original plan.

I remembered a recipe I made not all that long ago that was pretty similar. Like a jazzed up lemon pasta. And I was wanting more than just pasta, butter and lemon. So...

And oh boy this hit the spot.

I'm not fond of sardines, but this could easily be made with clams and that would be delicious.

The sardines aren't as strong tasting as when you eat them out of the can. But I admit they can be an acquired taste. And it helps if you buy ones that don't have large spines or other bones. I like King Oscar.

We are having our Reuben sandwiches tonight. I know we are a couple days behind everyone. Oh well. That's how it worked out this year.

No corned beef or Reubens for us this year, my GC has that allergy to mammal products from a tick bite. A little bit sad about it, but we've had time to get used to it.

Tacos on the griddle tonight. The recipe I loosely follow called them Dorado tacos.

Large, originally crust, bacon, sausage, beef crumbles, onions, bell peppers and extra cheese. Yummy!

I wanted pizza today. But I've wanted a good pizza for about 25 years now.
I live in a pizza poor town. Well, poor is probably the wrong term. My first small pizza at one of the local shops cost me 18 bucks and was lousy. Someone is getting rich.

A good pizza for me is a frozen Red Baron with thin crust

If you have yeast if and cup and half hot water otherwise add a egg bit of sugar and hot water make a sweeter dough.
