I have a small piece of steak left over from last night, and the rest of the fixin's in the fridge, so I think I'll make a steak salad for tonight. With Ken's blue cheese dressing AND crumbled blue cheese

I still think you ought to try making it. Basically equal parts mayo, sour cream and blue cheese. Add a little fresh parsley, chopped fine, and a pinch of salt. So simple, so cheesy and delicious. I thin it out with a little milk.

To that simple recipe you can add other herbs, lemon or a touch of Worcestershire. So many things you can do with it, but we like it in its basic form. We don't add anything.

I'm currently swimming in duck eggs, so I made a caesar dressing and an enormous salad with romaine, radicchio, cucumbers and a side of shrimp.
