The flat iron steak has been marinating since two-ish and I just finished making the pico. With Vidalia onions
Nothing left to do but cut the peppers and onions I'll be cooking. But first a beverage
I usually do fajitas outside on the grill in a mesh grill pan, but I haven't grilled in probably two months. Which is an anomaly in itself. And I need to rebuild the grill, so I can just imagine how that would go.

I'll crank that baby up to 600 and see what kind of char I get. I'll need it for the corn taco shells anyway.
