Sadly we don't have a Sam's club here and Costco doesn't have them. We do have a great sushi restaurant in a town about 45 min away and go there sometimes when we are grocery shopping. Excellent sushi, fresh made with each order.

But it sounds like fun to try making it again myself.
HI, we used to get ours from Publix but our daughter told us about the selection offered at Sam's so we started going there. 45 min isn't bad if your talking local town traffic and your stuck doing 25 and stop and go. Its a whole other matter if its 60 MPH door to door.

We have a place here outside of Orlando called Koywan a chinses buffet in Altamont Springs that offers a wonderful assortment of fresh sushi stir fried and assorted other goodies. that's our special treat place.
Let us know how the do it yourself goes.

Boiled potatoes with sauerkraut and turkey meatloaf
Boiled potatoes and kraut sounds good. Being Polish we had a dish similar called Ku-poose ta) not even close to the real spelling, it was cabbage and pickling spice, we would have that with ether potatoes or Kil-ba sa. If you have never tried Brosche its a beet soup served hot or cold with chunks of potato. As a child we had it cold in the heat of the summer for lunch with a little sour cream mixed in. I remember that was so good.

I don't know about the Turkey meat loaf. every time I tried turkey substitute I was not a big fan.....But to each his/her own I know you all enjoy it. :thumbsup
