Whatcha Making for Supper?

It's between garlic/Parm wings or trying to replicate a Swiss steak recipe my mother used to make just for me and her. My father and sister liked the tomato version. Ours was brown and had carrots and onions in it. That's all I remember. It's been a while ;)
 
what kind?
I have some tri tips I didn't cook last night. I'll slice and grill them for tacos. Then all the regular toppings: roasted Anaheim chilis, cilantro, avocado, sour cream and pico de gallo. The best part is home made corn tortillas. Yum.
