Whatcha Making for Supper?

Our local store is twice the price of Walmart or Food City.

Of course. Supposedly you're paying for convenience, but if the food is out of date it's not convenient at all.

I've actually started buying my milk at a Dollar General (or whatever it's called). And it's on the way to the town store, so is only 3 minutes away

I don't like the milk the town grocer switched to. United I think it's called. And the dollar store has some brand called Schneider's milk or something, but it tastes great and the expiration is several days improved from the town grocer's United brand.

Couldn't tell you the price comparison though. I like it so I buy it. I just assume because it's a "dollar store" that the pricing is fair.

I just wish I had a fancy eating plate like the video... Something to keep the sauce high and tight to the sardines.

That is one I could down sardines.

Those were good sardines. Meaty and smoky. No detectable bones. And I like smoked whitefish. I'll eat it cold with crackers. I'll even eat those tinned smoked oysters
But there are foods I won't eat. I just saw one posted the other day
