I looked online (when all else fails) and this recipe has the authentic name of schnitzel, Schweineschnitzel. Just to make it even more confusing. lolI thought the pounded and breaded pork loin was just called schnitzel. That's what my recipe calls it. Think maybe they mislabeled it?
