I'm having last night's supper tonight.
Because last night I finished off the once every few months bag of potato chips around 5:30 and my appetite flew out the window. Imagine that.

So the Pico de Gallo is made, and I also spruced up some premade coleslaw with onion, jalapeno, cheddar an taco sauce. I just need to cook the hamburger and griddle the corn shells when it's suppertime.
