Whatcha Making for Supper?

Nothing more than an oversized hamburger patty covered with carmelized onions/mushrooms/gravy. Not exotic, but tasty.


Thanks. I eat those all the time. And especially as a kid. I loved sirloin burgers and gravy.
I never heard that term used before. I was thinking pork chop when you mentioned it.
 
Dinner was changed when I realized we didn't have any sort of sandwich bread in the house. lol We rarely eat it. Lots of rolls and baguettes, etc. So, BLT will be tomorrow.

Tonight I made Fra Diavolo Shrimp with rice, Mexican corn and a salad. I know, 2 different countries, but it was a last minute change. :lol:
