Whatcha Making for Supper?

Took the Guyanese Pepperpot out of the freezer for dinner.

Making pho broth today and tomorrow for the pho I'll be making next week.

Dorado tacos. But they were not my first choice.

I had a pretty big/heavy lunch around 11:00 and later on saw a new way to fix zucchini I was going to try. But my store did not have any zucchini. Go figure. They can get in corn on the cob, but no zucch

So... seeing as how I could eat tacos every day of the week, tacos it is.
