I picked up some 1/2+" pork chops at the store and will be having those tonight.
Undecided on the cooking method, as I'll be firing up the grill for the corn anyway.

I have craving for pizza, but ....the cheese turns solid in this cold weather if I don't eat it fast enough. I like the cheese still soft and stretch out when I eat my pizza.

Meatball spaghetti, tasty, simple, and oven cooked.

Just wee ones
One inch or a little less, but I've eaten ones slightly larger and they were fine.
Boil for eight minutes, no more no less, saute them as desired. I like butter and garlic.
