I can see what all the fuss is about with shrimps and grits. Very tasty. Served up with a cornbread muffin.

Well shoot. I was really looking forward to that pizza.
But the shop is apparently having a problem finding qualified telecommunication personnel and I was hung up on.

No problem.
Smashed onion burger and a couple hot dogs. I even picked up some BBQ chips.

Went foraging today. Tonight's dinner is Lactatius volumus (milk cap mushroom) with Black Trumpet fungi seasoned in butter with bread crumb & parmesean served alongside a good ole' farm egg.
