Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm not sure yet whether to call this an appy... or dinner.
But it sure hit the spot with a thick slice of buttered French Bread.

I got a deal on boneless pork loin chops today and they're cooking on the stove. I'm making up the recipe as I go.

I started cooking them covered in a skillet with just salt and pepper. Then I went out to the garden and picked three shallots from the garden, sliced them up and put them in the pan.

Once they soften up I might pour in a little bbq sauce to make barbecued pork, but who knows. Like I said, I'm making it up as it cooks.

Yeah, I'm really thinking that adding bbq sauce is the way to go for sandwiches. Here's where it is so far...
