Whatcha Making for Supper?

This is such a niche food that I didn't think I'd ever meet another person that knew what it was, nevermind how to spell it! :highfive:
I read an online newspaper that is always introducing new and different food ideas. They have often inspired me to try something and this was one of those recipes. Plus I was practicing my newly learned skills at making pie dough. :highfive: back at ya!
 
Change of plans last night.
I had a taste for fried chicken around lunchtime, so picked some up at the store (KFC copycat) and a tube of Pringles.
And come suppertime I wasn't really hungry. So just had some Pringles.
 
Someone gave me a call this morning from my favorite fruit stand and I asked them to bring me three ears of corn when they came over.
So I am committed and wanting to making corn ribs at suppertime.

I also have all the fixings of tacos leftover in the fridge. So I'll either make some tacos to go along, or nuke the meat and have a taco salad.

I'm aligned with tacos at the moment.
