Leftover Rigatoni Bolognese and a salad of some sort.

I'm going make a quesadilla with provolone and onions, then build a pizza on top of it after the flip and put it under the broiler.

Seems like it should work.

My dinner is ....across breed dinner

Soba noodle, pasta sauce and boiled egg. Not much cooking required.

Thanks. I was pretty happy with it. And it had just enough substance that I didn't have to use a knife and fork. But thin crust pizzas are my favorite anyway.
