Whatever's for tonight it will be Plan B.
I had my mind set on a recipe I bumped into, but did not know fish stock cubes were Unobtanium and most people here (the US) have to order them.

The price was right on Amazon, but they are 3-5 weeks out.

I received my fish stock from Amazon in two days!!! That's terrible, 3-5 weeks.
