Whatcha Making for Supper?

Chicken fricassee, green beans and salad, for sure. Can't decided between mashed potatoes and gravy or rice pilaf to go with it. Having a couple friends over. Trying to decide which sounds better.

Fried pork chop here. That almost means I have to make gravy. Which almost means I have to make potatoes or egg noodles.

Now that I read that, I think I'll make mushroom and onion gravy and have it with egg noodles. And the chop.

Going with potatoes and gravy here too. I have some great chicken broth I can use to make the gravy.
