Whatcha Making for Supper?

Turkey tetrazzini tonight with salad.

Thanks for the idea!
Do you have a favorite recipe you use? I've tried to duplicate my ex BIL's chicken tetrazzini, but haven't exactly hit it yet.

I'm going to have a small strip steak, a large butter redskin potato, and some of that thick asparagus I like.

This is the recipe I use, but I'm sure there are many good ones on the internet. I haven't tried any others because I like this one so much.

A note about the Turkey Tetrazzini recipe, in case you try it, @pac .

Pioneer Woman must be feeding a lot of people and trying to stretch her food dollar. So, number one, use less pasta. Number two, I cut the recipe in half and it will still make 2 or 3 dinners for us. I have a big container of it in the freezer now. And finally, number three, do not use Kalamata olives unless you really love Kalamata olives. lol That was all I had, but I should have just left olives out in that case. They are too strong and overpower the other more delicate flavors of this dish. However, DH loved it because he loves Kalamata.

Tonight we are going to try cowgirl beans basically baked beans with hamburger in it. I'm trying to get the children use to eating beans a little bit. I cook with meat a lot, but you never know a day could come that meat isn't going to be as easy to come by. I'd rather get them use to the taste sooner rather then later! I don't know if I'm going to make cornbread with it or not. We have a lot of leftovers to!
