Egg salad sandwich. Cool Ranch Doritos. A Pedialyte hydration stick thing (Berry Frost) in water. And a lemonade.

Browned Hamburg with Onions, Peas and Brown Gravy over wide Noodles.

I threw together a "stuffing chicken casserole" I boiled some chicken leg quarters and de boned the chicken, made two boxes of stuffing, and homemade cream of chicken. I mixed it it all together with two cans of corn. I did serve green beans on the side. It was warm and hearty and half way homemade so that will have to do.

Going to make some Portuguese linguica sandwiches on a hoagie roll with onions, bell peppers and stewed tomatoes. I suppose that would go well with fries.

Do you have to go to a specialty shop for linguica or does your regular store carry it?
