Whatcha Making for Supper?

This worked out well with the new pot. Easy to keep a good temp.
Plenty for leftovers, too.

I'm thinking maybe a chuck roast trimmed and cooked like a steak. I've done this before on the grill, but want to see how it comes out inside in a pan.

Chuck roast was on sale this week for 5-something a lb and I bought a beautiful one. I should probably buy some more, if only to turn them into hamburger.
