Wow....you buy a lot of that rock fish. I wish I had a better first experience with it.

I usually buy it in cut it in chunks then deep fry it.
Usually with old bay and pepper.

Tumbleweed last night

For dinner last night I made some protein pasta with basil alfredo sauce and some chicken tenders.

For dinner tonight I intend to have my usual before work dinner of a Stouffers Romano Crusted Chicken meal.
