I can see that working.
Good way to use up tarter sauce, too.

Not the best crust on the scallops... I'm blaming that on not having cooked them in a while

I made hubby nachos. I made the children chicken and cheese toasted subs, mac and cheese, and baby carrots.
I'm having LORD willing in a little while sourdough bread sticks

I have some small sub rolls that need using up, so I took a Hillshire Farms Kielbasa out of the freezer. I also have some hamburger and rolls, so they might get eaten today, too.
No real plans for supper or lunch, so I might just graze all day and the last thing eaten will be called supper
