Yeah, when you make it yourself, you can make the meat more reasonably proportionate to the bun.

Eggplant parmesan, oven roasted potatoes, green beans and salad. Also going to try out some hors d'oeuvres using puff pastry to see how it works. We like Dutch babies, so thinking this might be similar but quicker.
