Whatcha Making for Supper?

Something with ground hamburger again. I think we are going to do cheeseburger biscuits, my hubby and our children love them. It is a very easy meal. You fry up your beef with salt and pepper, and drain the grease. Then you pop open a can of biscuits and press the biscuit open flat do a tablespoon or so of hamburger, and then shredded cheese, and wrap it back up into a ball. Bake until it is golden. I have tried this with homemade biscuits, and they are yummy that way, but harder to make, because the butter in the dough melts quickly.

That I can try but make my own biscuits.

Just like the title says. I want to know what people are eating for dinner, supper, whatever you call your evening meal. :)

I'll get us started, I'm making pea soup, and deviled eggs. :) We will probably eat it for a few days. Yum.
We had Prime rib for Christmas. There were some leftovers I put in the freezer. Today I decided they would become chili!

We haven't seen rain in MONTHS literally more than 3 months. Even then it was just a sprinkle.

I fear spring is going to dish out multiple feet of snow in one fell swoop.
We have had one rain shower in the last 3.5 months, and it was sad. I am also waiting for a February blizzard and heavy snow. I have the pantry stocked up heavily!!

Zuppa Toscana-- a sausage and potato soup with cream and kale-- breadsticks, and salad. It's a cold day and I need something to warm me up.

Neither of my kids like it, but sometimes I just have to cook what I want for once.
