I'm torn between the leftover chop from last night, some fried chicken from the grocery store along with some leftover succotash, or chili mac. Right now the chili mac has been winning.

It's been a few years since I had liver and onions. If the IGA has liver, that's what I'm having with some veggies on the side.

I decided on Welsh Rarebit, with a twist.
I added a little hamburger and onions to the sauce. So Americanized Rarebit I guess With spinach.
