If I had made the tacos last night they would have been better. I always add more stuff to the mix. Tonight I had an egg salad sandwich.

Its Lunar New Year so I made longevity noodles! gong xi fa cai!!

The son in law made some chicken thighs with a marinate sauce and then rice with green onions and cilantro and the yellow onion in the marinade with the chicken. It was surprisingly great. I don't typically eat thighs but I could eat a lot more of them.

Shrove Tuesday pancake supper at church. It was absolutely delicious and I didn't have to plan, cook or clean up! The real bonus, however, was getting to sit and socialize with a few friends I don't see often because they go to the "early" services.
