Whatcha Making for Supper?

Should be done any time now.

I'm getting a little antsy thinking about whether flipping it onto a plate and back again to get it out of the pan will work

It took a little on the fly cooking, but I was VERY impressed with the outcome.

Not overly bacony at all. Except for the grease. Which was part of the figuring out how to finish it off.

Italian meatballs and spinach rolls, fresh made sauce, probably some pasta and salad.

Mmmmhhhhh now I want pasta!!!! So, spaghetti with a pesto type sauce and seitan ‘chicken’ strips is going to be dinner tonight

Maybe I'll pick up some asparagus, too.
