Does making ahead for supper later in the week count? Trying my hand at homemade lumpia today to go with my son's chosen birthday dinner on Friday.. if all goes well they will be popped in the freezer so they are ready to go

It absolutely counts!!! When I make egg rolls, I make a couple dozen just so I have some in the freezer whenever we are having Asian cuisine. So handy and works out great! I cook the frozen egg rolls in the air fryer without even thawing them.
