I had a turkey sandwich earlier when my groceries first got here but now I’m making nachos LOL

But like… on a plate in the microwave.


I’m still preparing everything just like regular nachos though. Like the beef is browning on the stove right now.

But it’s just my oven takes forever to heat up and cook (it’s technically just a microwave with a convection oven built in) so I don’t feel like waiting for that.

Honestly the best corned beef I've ever had. This is my new go to recipe. But then, we love corned beef. And the veggies roasted in the oven? Next level!!!
