Whatcha Making for Supper?

I had some chunky tomato sauce over gnocchi last night with some cheesy garlic bread.

The "plan" was chicken casserole, mashed potatoes, and corn. I'm not sure now though, because one of our kitties is VERY ill and may not make it through the day. I'll see where the LORD leads us this evening!

Tacos tonight using the leftover tri tips, all the trimmings, rice, beans and salad.

In a second effort to get a handle on making gnocchi, I'm having gnocchi Sorrentina tonight. But I'm going to have to fudge things a little.

So far so good.

But the homemade are not cooking like the store bought.
