Chicken fricassee one of my favorites. But what's not to love? A cream sauce with mushrooms? Yum. Sides will be mashed potatoes, green beans and a salad.

I think my mom made it too, but she would have used Campbell's mushroom soup. lol We don't do that anymore.

Fish fry tonight.
Lake Erie perch and some shrimp.

Roast beast with potato, carrots and gravy.

This really hit the spot. Probably because I don't make it that often.

Shrimp etouffee over rice or noodles, haven't decided on that. Salad for a side. We'll be going out to lunch, so keeping it simple.

All beef Hot dogs and Buns with home fries and either
zucchini or peas.
