how do u root clematis and honeysuckle? i have 4 of them and a honeysuckle vine and tree. didn't know u could do cuttings from them.

easiest way to do it is with rooting hormone and keeping the dirt moist but not wet. when you touch it if any granuals of dirt stick then it is moist. and keep it out of direct sunlight. this works well with all non woody plants. with woody plants like trees and shrubs you can air layer or use the bucket method(never tried but ive heard it works wonderfully) oh and you can make rooting hormone from willow branches but it takes a long time. Worked in a greenhouse throughout high school

awesome, thank u. where do i get rooting hormone? i've been trying to find it to do my roses and people look at me like i have 3 heads when i ask if they carry it,lol. do u know of any stores or online places that carry it?

Hey Broke Down, I am moving in 1 month. Would the bulbs last for 1 month without planting? I really want some, but don't want to use planters that may fall over in the moving truck. It's a 12 hour drive. Thanks!!!
