You know, I was actually wondering the same thing recently. It sounds like he did well.

Now, as to the short shorts versus kilts. Short shorts have their place (come on, anyone remember what Van Halen was wearing at that time? ick!). Kilts are best when worn by punky guys with tattoos. Kilts, combat boots and pretty artsy tattoos.... Way better than short shorts.
