Whats a good Incubator?

After seeing all the great ideas here, i couldn't resist building my own. Heres a pic of the cabinet after modifying the front and adding the 2" thick white styro insulation.

Here's after top, backsplash(thermo/humidity) controller mount, and tub surround material glued to styro.

Here are the final results. Underneath the incubation chamber i applied more of the tub surround material(for easy cleaning). After 24 hrs i can transfer the chicks to the lower half for several weeks(for viewing pleasure mostly)until i move them to the big boy brooder box.
