What's a "Water Wiggler"?

I've been reading directions for how to make an incubator (I'm going to put four under my broody and incubate the rest). But what's a water wiggler?

Stick it in the incubator and by inserting a thermometer into the center 'pocket' you should get the same internal temp as in the eggs.

Just like this, the wiggler is Green in the Pic, and has the probe in it.

Thanks so much for that link. I had no idea. That link lists them at $10.25 a dozen, with a minimum order of 2 dozen... where would I buy only one? Al6517, where did you get yours?
